Q: How can I place an order?

 

A: Phone, Fax, U.S. Mail or Email works for us!  Look for our “Place an Order” link for the information we will need to enter and ship out an order.

Q: Do you provide a Guarantee for your products?

 

A: We guarantee that all of our products will be functional for their intended use. We want you to be satisfied! We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Q: Will your BLS Compatible EM & RF security products work with our system?

 

A: We are completely confident that our security products will function properly. We have supplied millions of security tags to hundreds of libraries throughout the U.S. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase, so we would be happy to supply samples for you to test in your system. Q: Who pays for the Shipping Charges?

 

A: We pay the Shipping Charges on all of our products shipped to the Continental United States, except for Gressco Library Furniture, KETEC Security Systems and the Overdue Mailer Forms. For the KETEC & Overdue Mailer Forms purchases we charge the actual UPS Freight Charges. The freight costs for Gressco purchases are based on ship-to location and order total. 

 

Note on Returns: For Customer Returns due to Order Cancellations or Incorrect Ordering - BLS does not issue credit for the actual shipping costs incurred on the original shipment.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?

 

A: Not really...our minimum order for all of our standard products is 1 case!
